إعدادات المنظمة

The Organization Settings module allows tenant administrators to govern global corporate metadata, map organizational hierarches, define branding, and align regional preferences.

These settings establish tenant defaults that dictate annual plan calendars, localization directories, and PDF report styling.

Business Unit & Entity Mapping

AIIA supports hierarchical mapping of your organization to mirror corporate entities, subsidiaries, and departments.

Hierarchy الإعداد

  • Organization Tenant: The root billing and security boundary (org_id). In multi-tenant deployments, users are strictly bound to this level.
  • Business Units: Major operational division categories (e.g., Operations, IT, Finance).
  • Departments/Branches: Sub-nodes linked to Business Units. Workpapers and findings are tagged at this level to enable micro-analytics on dashboards.

To add or modify entities, navigate to Admin → Organization Settings → Structure and configure the parent-child relationships.

Fiscal Year & Audit Calendars

Annual Audit Planning depends on the configured corporate calendar:

  • Start of Fiscal Year: Configure the starting month (typically January for standard corporate calendars, or Rajab/Muharram for specific government entities).
  • Planning Quarters: Automatically divides the year into Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 based on the fiscal start. Audit schedules and budget estimates are mapped directly to these periods.
  • Working Hours: Define default weekly working days (e.g., Sunday–Thursday for Saudi Arabia) and public holiday ranges to calculate auditor capacity allocations during planning.

Branding & Regional Localization

Customize the look and feel of your workspace to align with your corporate identity:

1. Logo Branding

Upload high-resolution logos in PNG or SVG format via Admin → Organization Settings → Branding:

  • Header Logo: Displays on the top navigation bar (recommended height: 40px with a transparent background).
  • Print/PDF Logo: Embedded automatically on the cover pages of all generated Audit Reports and export PDFs.

2. الوقتzone & Locale

Configure default regional settings:

  • Default Timezone: Typically set to Asia/Riyadh (UTC+3) to ensure all system timestamps, scheduler runs, and audit trails match local time.
  • Default Language: Choose whether the workspace boots in English (LTR) or Arabic (RTL) by default. Users can still manually override this preference in their personal profiles.
