Onboarding Guide

After installation, the onboarding wizard guides you through initial setup.

Onboarding Flow

Step 1: Organization Setup

Field	Description	Required
Organization Name	Your company or audit department name	✅
Subscription Tier	Essentials / Professional / Enterprise / Sovereign	✅
Deployment Model	Shared SaaS / Private Tenant / On-Premise	Auto-detected

Step 2: Admin User

The first user is automatically assigned the Admin role with full permissions.

Field	Description
Username	Primary admin login
Email	Used for notifications and password recovery
Full Name	Display name in the platform

Step 3: Module Selection

Select which modules to activate:

Module	Included In
Core	All tiers (cannot be disabled)
Audit	All tiers
Risk	Professional, Enterprise, Sovereign
Compliance	Professional, Enterprise, Sovereign
Intelligence	Enterprise, Sovereign

Step 4: SSO Configuration (Optional)

If your organization uses an Identity Provider (IdP):

1. Navigate to Administration → SSO
2. Enter your Keycloak realm or external OIDC provider details
3. Map IdP groups to AIIA roles

Step 5: AI Model Setup (Optional)

Configure AI capabilities:

1. Navigate to Administration → AI Models
2. Add a provider (Ollama for local, or Gemini/OpenAI for cloud)
3. Test the connection
4. Set as default for LLM/Embedding/Reasoning

Post-Onboarding Checklist

• Create business units in the Audit Universe
• Import or create risk/control libraries
• Invite team members and assign roles
• Configure notification preferences
• Create your first annual audit plan
• Set up KRI monitoring (if using Continuous Audit)
