Morning Checklist

  1. Dashboard — Check engagement status cards for your team
  2. Signoff Queue — Review pending workpapers submitted by auditors

  5. Notifications — Escalations, deadline alerts, AI suggestions

Key Tasks

Creating Engagements

  1. Navigate to Engagements → + New (or use the Wizard for AI assistance)
  2. Define scope linking to Audit Universe entities
  3. Assign lead auditor and team members
  4. Set timeline with milestones
  5. Select methodology template

Reviewing Workpapers

When an auditor submits a workpaper for review:

  1. Open the workpaper from the Signoff Queue
  2. Review the content for:
    • Adequate scope coverage
    • Sufficient evidence linkage
    • Clear, objective conclusions
    • Proper cross-referencing
  3. Approve or Request Changes with specific comments
  4. Use AI Clarity Check to verify language quality

Managing Findings

  1. Review draft findings from your team
  2. Ensure CCCER components are complete
  3. Validate severity classification
  4. Send to management for response
  5. Track remediation progress

PBC Management

  1. Create evidence requests for audit clients
  2. Set due dates and priority levels
  3. Monitor response rates
  4. Send reminders for overdue items
  5. Accept or reject submitted evidence
