Conducting a QA Review

Step 1 — Select Engagement

Navigate to QA → + New Review → select the engagement to review.

Step 2 — Choose Review Template

Select a template aligned to your methodology:

  • IIA IPPF Compliance — full IPPF standards checklist
  • Workpaper Quality — focused workpaper assessment
  • Report Quality — report-specific review
  • Custom — organization-specific checklist

Step 3 — Complete Assessment

For each checklist item:

  1. Review the relevant workpapers, findings, or reports
  2. Rate each item: Compliant, Partially Compliant, Non-Compliant, N/A
  3. Add comments explaining your assessment
  4. Attach evidence of review observations

Step 4 — Score and Submit

The system calculates an overall quality score based on your ratings. Submit the review for tracking.
