Troubleshooting — Compliance

Framework not appearing

• Check that the framework is_active is set to true
• Ensure it belongs to your organization (org_id)
• Verify the framework was enabled in Compliance → Frameworks

Can't map controls to requirements

• You need Manager, CAE, or Admin role
• The control must exist in your Control Library
• Check that the framework requirement exists and is accessible

Gap analysis shows incorrect percentages

• Verify that all requirements have been assessed
• N/A requirements are excluded from the calculation
• Check if partial implementations are being counted

CSV import fails

• Verify CSV column headers match expected format
• Check for special characters in requirement codes
• Ensure parent_code references exist in the file

Cross-framework mapping not working

• Both frameworks must be enabled
• Requirements must be created before mapping
• Check for circular mappings
