- Check the date range filter — ensure it covers the period with data
- Verify you have access to the underlying data (RBAC)
- Some widgets require module data to exist (findings, KRIs)
- Refresh the page to trigger a data reload
Dashboard loads slowly
- Reduce the number of widgets on the page
- Use narrower date range filters
- Check network connectivity
- Contact admin if server resources are constrained
Custom dashboard won't save
- Ensure you have the required permissions
- Check that the dashboard name is unique
- Verify your session hasn't expired
Data Agent returns unexpected results
- Review the generated SQL query for accuracy
- Rephrase your question more specifically
- Check that the AI model is configured and working
- Complex multi-table queries may not be accurately generated
