PBC Management — For Auditors

The PBC (Provided by Client) module lets auditors request documents and information from audit clients. Manage requests, track submissions, and review evidence — all within the engagement context.

Creating PBC Requests

  1. Open an engagement → PBC Requests tab
  2. Click + New Request
  3. Fill in the request details:

Adding Request Items

Click + Add Item within a request:

  • Each item describes a specific document or data set needed
  • Items track their own status independently
  • Clients submit evidence against each item

Tracking Submissions

Each request item shows:

  • Current status (Open/Submitted/Accepted)
  • Number of submissions received
  • Latest submission details (file, timestamp, submitter)
  • Comments thread between auditor and client

Comments

Both auditors and clients can add comments on request items:

  • Use comments to clarify requirements
  • Discuss submission quality
  • Provide feedback on returned items

Bulk Operations

  • Bulk create — import a list of request items from a template
  • Bulk status update — accept or return multiple items at once
  • Reminder email — send reminders for overdue items
