Client can't see the request
- Ensure the request status is OPEN (not DRAFT)
- Check the
assigned_to_email matches the client's login
- Verify the client portal URL is correct
Client can't upload files
- Maximum file size is 50 MB
- Check supported formats (PDF, Word, Excel, Images, ZIP)
- If virus scan fails, the file may be infected
Request stuck in SUBMITTED status
- An auditor needs to review and accept/return the items
- Check the Findings module for review assignments
- Comments appear in real-time — refresh the page
- Check that you're viewing the correct request item
