Troubleshooting — PBC

Client can't see the request

  • Ensure the request status is OPEN (not DRAFT)
  • Check the assigned_to_email matches the client's login
  • Verify the client portal URL is correct

Client can't upload files

  • Maximum file size is 50 MB
  • Check supported formats (PDF, Word, Excel, Images, ZIP)
  • If virus scan fails, the file may be infected

Request stuck in SUBMITTED status

  • An auditor needs to review and accept/return the items
  • Check the Findings module for review assignments

Comments not appearing

  • Comments appear in real-time — refresh the page
  • Check that you're viewing the correct request item
