QA Templates
QA templates define standardized checklists for quality reviews. Templates ensure consistency across all QA reviews and can be customized per engagement type.
Creating a Template
- Navigate to Quality → Templates
- Click + New Template
- Define the template structure
Template Structure

| Sections | Groups of related criteria (e.g., Planning, Fieldwork) |

Template Versioning
Templates are versioned to maintain audit trail:
- Creating a new version does not affect in-progress reviews
- Reviews reference the template version used at review time
- Historical reviews maintain their original template version
