Troubleshooting — QA

Can't create a QA review

  • You need the QA or CAE role
  • Check that the engagement exists and is accessible

QA score seems incorrect

  • Review the individual criteria scores
  • Check if weighted scoring is configured on the template
  • N/A items are excluded from the score calculation

Template changes not reflected in active reviews

  • Templates are versioned — changes create a new version
  • Active reviews continue using the template version selected at creation
  • New reviews will use the latest template version
