Troubleshooting — Questionnaires

Respondent can't access the questionnaire

• Check that the distribution email was sent successfully
• Verify the respondent's email address is correct
• Ensure the questionnaire status is Published (not Draft)

Conditional logic not working

• Conditions can only reference earlier questions
• Check that the trigger question has the expected answer options
• Use Preview mode to test the logic flow
• Verify the operator is correct (Equals vs. Contains)

Scores not calculating

• Ensure score values are assigned to answer options
• Check that the scoring template is properly configured
• N/A answers are excluded from score calculations

Respondent can't save partial progress

• Check internet connectivity
• Session may have expired — re-authenticate
• Auto-save should be enabled by default
